Flooded Locker Room due to Heavy Rainstorm

This flooded locker room in San Rafael, CA was the result of a heavy rainstorm. When our crew arrived at the scene they found the boys and girl's bathroom affected with excessive water intrusion.  Upon inspection, our crew used powerful pumps to extract massive volumes of water to mitigate the damage.  Once the affected areas had been treated with disinfectant, dehumidifiers and air movers was placed on site.  All monitoring, drying, and work were done after school hours to avoid disruption. The property manager was expecting a much longer process but once the job was complete, he was thrilled with the results
