Water Damage in Las Cascadas

This water damage in Las Cascadas, CA was caused by a water supply line leak on the second level to the main level of the house.  Water seeped up towards the ground surface causing severe water damages to the structure of this hallway and in other parts of the rooms.  Demo work was done as well as ceilings, walls and floors were removed.  In addition, our technicians extracted the water and utilized drying equipment for 8 days.  They used moisture monitoring equipment to effectively measure and document the drying process to ensure the second level and main level of this house was completely dry.
