At SERVPRO of Napa County we make training a priority and that’s why our office staff is highly trained and motivated. Aleshia Ghisletta has been with SERVPRO of Napa for 11 years and has completed the SERVPRO Crew Training, Water Certification, Fire Certification and the Carpet and Upholstery Certification courses. Aleshia is also IICRC Certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration as well as Water Damage Restoration.

Nicole Gonzalez has been with SERVPRO of Napa for 10 years and has completed the SERVPRO Crew Training, Water Certification, Fire Certification course. Nicole is also IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration.

Aleshia and Nicole are SERVPRO of Napa County’s audit team. They have been working side by side to perfect our audit system. In 2014 Aleshia and Nicole received the Award of Excellence for Best Audit Scores, they had a perfect audit score the entire year. In 2015 Aleshia and Nicole again received a Certificate of Excellence for Perfect Audit Scores.
